You can continue to use these as necessary to detoxify.  If you have a known liver and/or kidney problem, and are on medications, consult with your holistic health provider, for more specific instructions or drug/herb interactions.

Kidney Pro contains wildcrafted herbs and are safe to use.  They maybe used continuously for 6 months, just give the body a break by using them daily continuously for two weeks per month.

For best results:  They are taken together in equal amounts, three Kidney Pro and three Liver Pro; three times per day with meals.

You may continue to use these two formulas separately for 6 months per year or longer, depending on you needs and symptoms.
